This is the most beautiful piece of property. The owners are absolutely amazing! So friendly!! The cabins are exceptionally clean. The view on the water is breathtaking. I recommend this business for anyone wanting to vacation in the area.
Annual sisters vacation in Tawas area, all 3 of us loved this resort. We have already booked for next year. Very nice cabins, well stocked, beach is fabulous, fellow guests were friendly, and kayaks are free to use. So close to town and several very nice restaurants. After staying at 4 different resorts in the general area, this will be our go to choice every year from now on.
My wife and I have been coming to Colemans for the last 4-5 years in August and will continue in future. Comfortable cabins, VERY clean and nicely equipped. The grounds and beach are great, the owners, Brian & Elaine are great as well. Highly recommend Colemans for a relaxing vacation.
This is the second year our large group of friends have stayed with Colemans (4th for some of the group) and we fall more in love every year! The cabins are always very clean and come equipped with everything we need. We love being just a few steps from the beautiful beach. Cannot say enough nice things about the owners who are the definition of hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Tawas
Ive always camped at campgrounds but this was the first year we tried Cabins and I don't ever want to go back to pop-ups and public bathrooms. Coleman's Resort was the best of both worlds between a campground and hotel. It's located on the water with the farthest cabins being less than a 30 sec walk away so there's no need to pack up coolers and beach bags and lug them to a public beach. The cabins are basically stocked with most of the essentials which was a huge relief after we realized we left our coffee-maker and fan at home, both of which came in the cabin. The best part may be the owners. Two of the most down-to-earth genuine people you will meet. We already booked our next stay before we even left the grounds.
Nice gem. Great view. Quaint, private & clean beach. Well taken care of cabins that are impeccably clean & each with its own, unique character/decor. I've stayed in multiple units. Quiet, regular clientele. Great place to just get away, forget your worries, and relax.
We were so thrilled with our cute lakefront cabin! Completely clean, very nicely decorated and updated, cozy, amazing view on the front and side of the cabin, and we loved hearing the waves all night! We felt so at home here. Loved the great beachfront area, too. The owners were so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
Me and my family went to Coleman's resort for a weekend getaway we had a great time the host was great and very informational we plan on returning at a later date and strongly refer this resort if you're looking for a comfortable and relaxed setting getaway
